1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ai-trading-buddy.com (the “Website”), the Substack newsletter at aitradingbuddy.substack.com, or any related content (collectively the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Conflict of Interest Disclosure (Art. 20 MAR)

In accordance with Article 20 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation — MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958, we disclose the following material interests and conflicts of interest:
